Illuminate Serum

A unique pigment illuminating serum that addresses uneven skin tone. A dynamic blend of Bearberry, Kojic, Salicylic, Azelaic, and Fruit Acids synergistically targets areas of brown spots and discoloration. Super antioxidant Ferulic Acid protects the skin against environmental stressors while providing intense moisture. Mild acne sufferers will also benefit from this clarifying serum.

Directions for use: Introduce every other day for the first two weeks. Gradually increase usage according to your skin's tolerability. Follow with Moisturizer and SPF.

Key Ingredients: 

• Azelaic Acid - Offers anti-bacterial and comedolytic benefits. It is a reversible inhibitor of tyrosinase, delivering whitening benefits to the skin. 
• Salicylic Acid - Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA), provides exfoliation preventing pore clogging and smoothing fine lines/wrinkles, stimulates new cell growth, and reduces inflammation. 
• Ferulic Acid - Plant phenol antioxidant, provides rigidity to plant cell walls, reduces oxidative stress, and reduces damage caused by UV radiation and damage to DNA. 
• Kojic Acid - is used as a skin toner and lightener. It targets age spots, by helping to establish an even skin tone. 
• Niacinamide - Amide form of Niacin, involved in cellular respiration, lipid synthesis, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, improves epidermal barrier function, inhibits skin pigmentation, smoothing of fine lines/wrinkles
• Licorice Root Extract - contains glycyrrhizic acid and flavinoids that have soothing, regenerative, and antioxidant properties. Licorice extract is thought to inhibit melanogenesis and is thus used as a skin-whitening agent.
