Processing Time

Once you have successfully placed an order, our dedicated team will work diligently to process and prepare your shipment. Our general processing time is between 1-5 business days. However, please note that during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. As a small business we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Carrier Services

After your shipment has left our store, it is subject to the policies and procedures of the carrier service responsible for delivering your order. While we select reliable carriers, we defer to their guidelines, terms, and conditions for shipping. We will provide you with any relevant tracking information so you can stay informed about the progress of your delivery.  Any issues with shipping once it has left our hands should be addressed with the carrier service for best support. 

Flat-Rate Shipping & Free Shipping Threshold

We’re excited to offer the following shipping options to our valued customers:

For Canadian Orders:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $175 (before taxes and discounts). Simply meet the minimum purchase amount, and we’ll cover the shipping costs!
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: For Canadian orders under $175, we charge a flat shipping fee of $12. This ensures that your shipping costs are predictable and affordable.
  • Free Porch Drop Off: For local orders located in St. Thomas and Port Stanley free porch drop off is available for any purchase amount.
  • Pickup: Free pickup is available, usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

For International Orders:

  • We currently do not ship out of Canada
