Why I Don't Offer a Traditional Facial Menu

If you've looked at my services and thought, "Wait... where's the basic facial?" - let me explain. 😂

I don't have a menu filled with 12 different facials where you pick one based on how fancy the name sounds.

And that's intentional.

Your skin doesn't need the same thing every time.

One month you might be dealing with congestion and breakouts.

The next, your skin might be dry and irritated.

Maybe you're noticing dullness, uneven texture or changes in your skin as you get older.

So why would I give you the exact same treatment every time?

I wouldn't.

Instead, your treatment is customized based on what your skin needs that day.

So What Happens When You Come In?

We'll talk about your skin, what's been going on, what you're using at home and what you'd like to improve.

I'll assess your skin and then choose the treatment approach that makes the most sense for you.

Your treatment might include things like:

  • Customized exfoliation
  • Enzymes
  • Chemical peels
  • Extractions
  • Advanced modalities
  • Massage
  • Barrier-supporting treatments
  • Targeted serums and professional products

But you don't need to know which treatment you need before you book.

That's my job.

You don't have to walk in and say, "I'd like the 60-minute deluxe hydrating peptide facial with a side of whatever." 😂

You just need to tell me what's going on with your skin.

I'll take it from there.

It's Not About Doing the Most

I'm also not interested in throwing every treatment, machine and active ingredient at your face just because we can.

Sometimes your skin needs a little more correction.

Sometimes it needs to calm the heck down.

Sometimes the best treatment is actually something much simpler.

More isn't automatically better.

The goal is to help your skin become healthier and stronger over time - not leave you red and irritated because we tried to win an award for "most aggressive facial."

Professional Treatments + Home Care Work Together

Here's the other thing I want you to know:

Your results don't come from seeing me for an hour every few weeks.

What you do at home matters a lot.

That's why I don't just give you a facial and send you on your way.

We'll talk about what you're using at home, what might need to change and how to support your skin between appointments.

Because I'd rather help you build a simple routine that you can actually stick to than sell you a bathroom full of products you don't need.

No Pressure. No Add-Ons. No Gratuities.

And because we're talking about how I work, here's something else that's important to me:

There is no sales pressure here.

I'm not going to spend your entire treatment trying to convince you that you need an upgrade.

I'm not going to push unnecessary add-ons.

And gratuities aren't the norm here. You pay for your treatment or service and that's it.

I want you to be able to relax, ask questions and trust that the recommendations I'm making are because I genuinely think they're right for your skin.

So What Should You Book?

If you're a first-time client and you're not sure where to start, that's exactly what my First-Time Skin Analysis & Facial is for.

We'll get to know your skin, talk about your goals, assess what's going on and start building a plan.

From there, your treatments can evolve as your skin does.

Because your skin isn't a facial menu.

It's your skin.

And that's why your treatment should be customized to you.
