One of the strong values at White Feather Skin Therapy is mutual respect. This is why I kindly ask that any cancellations be made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made in 24 hours or less may result in restricted access to online booking and/or same-day booking only, based on availability. Please contact me directly in the case of exceptional circumstances and other arrangements can be made.
You can reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If it's past 24 hours, you will need to contact me directly.
I also ask that rescheduling be kept to a bare minimum only if absolutely needed - I am more than happy to provide this convenient option so long as it's not taken advantage of. When booking your skin care appointments please be as mindful of selecting appointment times as if rescheduling wasn't an option.
